Not gonna lie, the site was easy to browse and the filters made it quick to find my size. A couple pages were a little slow loading on my phone, but checkout went through fine. I’d use it again.

"Packaging could’ve been better"
The box showed up a little crushed, which had me worried at first 😬 but thankfully everything inside was totally fine. It worked out okay, but I do think they could use better packaging next time.

I did end up getting my refund, so I appreciate that everything was handled in the end. That said, it took longer than I was expecting, which was a little frustrating. It wasn’t a huge problem, but the wait could definitely be improved.

I ordered a couple things and the photos were close to what showed up, but not totally exact. One of the colors was darker in person and the fit didn’t look quite the same as it did on the model. It wasn’t a big deal, I just wish the pictures felt a little more true to real life
"Pretty reliable delivery, reliable overall"
I ordered from hisroom.com and the delivery was fine, honestly. It wasn’t fast fast, but it did show up when they said it would, and the tracking updated enough that I could keep an eye on it. The package arrived in good shape too, no issues there. I’m taking off one star just because I do wish the shipping had been a bit quicker, but overall it was smooth, smooth enough that I really can’t complain much.

"Ordering was easy overall"
I ordered from HisRoom the other day while I was sitting at my kitchen table trying to finish a few errands online, and the whole checkout process was straightforward. I found my size, added what I needed to the cart, and paid without running into any weird issues. One page did load a little slowly, which was slightly annoying, but not enough to make me give up or anything. I got the order confirmation quickly too, so that was nice. Overall it was a good experience, just not totally perfect.

I was expecting a better selection, but the brand choices felt weak. A lot of the names I was hoping to see just weren’t there, and I kept thinking, give me a break, is this really all they have?

"Latest order was a letdown"
I just ordered from HisRoom, this one really put me off. The material felt super thin and kind of rough right out of the package, which was disappointing for the price. Then after just one wash, it already started looking worn out. Maybe I caught a bad product, but since this is my most recent experience, it’s definitely the one I’m going to remember. I don’t see myself buying from them again

I really wanted to like this, but the stitching started ripping after only two washes. I’ve had similar ones that lasted way longer, so this was disappointing.

I’m not totally sure what happened, but it really seemed like my card got charged while the order still never actually went through. I tried to place it, the payment failed for some reason, and then I noticed the charge anyway. Frustrating and confusing.

I ordered a couple things from hisroom.com the sizing was hit or miss. One item was close enough to the size chart, so I thought I was good, but the other one ran smaller than I expected.
It wasn’t a total disaster, but it was frustrating because I felt kind of stupid for trusting the chart so much. Ordering clothes online is already a gamble, and this made it feel even more annoying.
Shipping was fine and the site itself was easy to use, so I can’t complain about that part. I might order again, but I’d definitely read more reviews first and probably size up next time

"Bad timing and the order was wrong twice"
I ordered a couple of things from HisRoom, and of course it ended up happening at the worst possible time because I needed them soon. One item showed up in the wrong size, even though I double-checked my email and I definitely ordered the right one. Customer service did get back to me, but it took a little while, and then the replacement still wasn’t exactly what I had ordered. The prices were decent, but the whole back-and-forth was frustrating. Maybe it was just bad timing, but I probably wouldn’t order from them again unless I had no other option...

When I first put it on, the fit already felt a little off, but I figured it might settle in after a bit. After wearing it for a few hours, though, it started getting uncomfortable. By the end of the day, I was definitely ready to take it off.

I ordered my usual size, but the fit was completely off. The cups felt weird, the band was tight, and I was just like... make it make sense. The return process was annoying too, so I don’t think I’ll be ordering bras from here again

"Return process was way more hassle than I expected"
I tried to return an order from HisRoom, it was frustrating pretty much from the beginning. I don’t know, maybe I missed something, but it didn’t feel straightforward at all.
The return steps weren’t very clear to me, and I kept having to double-check what I was supposed to do next. Getting help also took longer than I expected, so the whole thing ended up feeling like more work than actually placing the order.
Maybe other people have had an easier time, but I’m not really eager to order from them again. Returns shouldn’t feel this complicated, especially when you’re already unsure if you’re doing everything right.
